The Box Elder Fire Dept has an 81 square mile fire district that all of the vehicles below respond to.
ENGINE 7-7
This vehicle is set up for use on initial minor medical responses and wildland fires. It is equipped with a volume and ultra-high pressure pump for fire suppression efforts, several hand tools, and a basic medical bag.
Engine 1-1
Engine 1-1 is our second-run structural firefighting apparatus and back up for medical calls. The 1992 International chassis is fitted with a Darley 1250 gallon per minute pump capable of pushing water to nine separate outlets.
It carries a crew of five, 1000 gallons of water, medical gear and all initial attack firefighting equipment.

Engine 1-2
Engine 1-2 is a 2013 Sparten Star Series custom pumper. It is our first run engine to all structure fires, fire alarms, and car accidents. It features a 1500 GPM hail pump, 20 gallon foam cell, and a 1000 gallon poly tank. It is equipped with high-rise packs for multilevel structures such as hotels and apartment buildings. It carries assorted forcible entry hand tools, power tools, a gas-powered PPV fan, and 2 high output electric smoke ejectors. The truck also has a ventilation chain saw. There is also a 24 ft extension ladder, 2 14 ft roof ladders, and a 10 foot attic ladder. The cab seats 6 with various equipment such as a TIC (Thermal Imaging Camera) and 4-way gas detectors.
Rescue 9
Rescue 9 was brought into service in June 2020 and it's stainless steel body is mounted on a 2019 Ford F550 4x4 chassis.
This vehicle is a front line truck capable of responding to medical calls, vehicle accidents, and fires. This vehicle carries up to 5 personnel along with the following equipment: AED, basic medical gear, scene lighting, firefighting tool, 26 foot extension ladder, and an attic ladder.
Our Extrication equipment is a Genesis portable pump with a Spreader, Shear, and a Combination Tool. These tools are used to remove people from vehicles when there is no other way to safely get them out after an accident.

Engine 4-1 is a 2003 F650 7.3L Turbo Diesel, 2WD, 1 Booster Reel. Holds 1000 Gallons of water and has a 300 GPM Pump.
Engine 6-1
2010 F550, 6.4L Turbo Diesel, 4wd chassis. It is equipped with a 400 Gallon Tank of water, a 300 GPM pump, spray bars, a booster reel, as well as other equipment required for a Type 6 wildland Engine, 4WD
Engine 3-1
Engine 3-1 is a 4wd Freightliner FL70. It is equipped with a 1,200 gallon water tank, a monitor and spray bars for mobile fire attack. Additionally, it also carries require equipment for a Type 3 wildland engine.
Tender 2-3
Tender 2-3 is built on a 2016 Freightliner M2 Chassis. This apparatus carries 3500 gallons of water for use in support of structure and wildland fires. Additionally it has a 500 GPM PTO pump for fire suppression or water transfer operations and also carries a 4000 gallon porta-tank, two self-contained breathing apparatus, along with other support tools and equipment.
UTILITY 7
Utility 7 is a 2019 Ram 3500 4x4. This truck is used for moving personnel to training or other events as well as responding to any calls for service when needed. It has storage for gear, luggage, or equipment while traveling. Additionally it is equipped with some hand tools for use on scene and has a Western MVP3 snow plow for winter conditions.
